I just want to say that I pretty much lived the very same story each of you shared and was advised similarly. Secondly,I like the way you clarified sacrificing versus clarifying what is really important to us & then accomplishing this first. Lastly, I want to say it normally is easier said then done for numerous reasons, yet both of you are a breath of fresh air & really know what your talking about. Hello Steve and Shaun, I am new as of today and I hope this is THE amazing support that I need to make ALL of my dreams in life a reality and make me much more prosperous in EVERY area of life!!! ANY suggestions I will take, as I am looking to do anything to change my scenario and “thankfully” I have set Stage 1 up, so I can get through to Stages 3 and 4 very quickly! Thank you so much Steve and Shuan. Have you heard about “The Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy”. I think the principle is similar to what you talking about.
“Sufficiency Economy advocates taking the middle path in life as the optimal route for personal conduct at all levels: individuals, families and communities. It counsels moderation, self-reliance, honesty and integrity, while exercising knowledge with prudence.”
I haven’t heard of that one, but I’ll have to check it out. Pretty good stuff?
Hey Shaun! This information is so dead on.
My wife and I find ourselves cleaning up the mess after jumping into real estate investing from the very start totally ignoring the first 3 stages.
Quite frankly we were forced to retract after the real estate bust.
Certainly need your help to find tune what we are doing now which is to be totally debt free and to retire my wife as soon as possible.

Just listened to 4 stages to Finantial Prosperity and agree with the teaching. My reason for turning to real estate investing is two fold…I am a nurse by profession but due to the changes in nursing roles (no longer good patient care but instead CYA for the doctors and Hospitals), I am looking for another vehicle that allows me to earn a living (not get rich), help other people (meets my nursing need) and help my two sons in a career path they have interest in but having difficulty achieving. I find the real estate profession to be stimulating and have always seen the possibilities but have always been intimidated by the huge number of realtors out there trying to scratch out a living. I knew there was always someway to do it differently but didn’t know what that was. I’m hoping this all works out. Either way, I’m willing to put in the work and gain the knowledge needed to succeed.
Wow. I didn’t realize how I really needed another look at Lifeonaire and the process. this made me look at the whole process again but from a different shortened version. It sort of clarified things a bit to have it in the 4 step process. You’re both such a blessing.
