You’ve made the fantastic decision to invest in yourself and your future by joining us at an upcoming Lifeonaire training event. We hope you’re as excited as we are! Thousands of lives have already been transformed by Lifeonaire workshops, and we hope you’ll be next. 🙂
Returns and Cancellations
If you later decide you’re not ready to join us at this event yet, you may cancel and request a full refund within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. We’d be bummed, but it’s ok. To submit a cancellation, email events@lifeonaire.com with the subject line “Event Ticket Cancellation”.Your email must include (1.) a receipt of your purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason for cancellation. After we receive your request, you’ll be promptly refunded in full and emailed a confirmation. Note: Any special offer (bonuses, digital downloads, courses, etc.) included with your purchase will be voided if your ticket is canceled.
Guarantee
This event is fully guaranteed (applies only to live, in-person events–not virtual events). To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must (1.) attend and actively participate in all sessions of the event, and (2.) determine that the event was not worth the ticket price you paid. To request a refund, you must notify a Lifeonaire staff member in person and complete a refund request form before leaving the event. We believe in the value of this event, and we stand behind it!
Audio and Visual Release
We record our events for quality control, documentation, marketing, and improvement. Since we want to keep making these events better and showcase their impact, attendees grant Lifeonaire permission to use event recordings that may include their name, image, or likeness. If you prefer not to be recorded or have your likeness used for marketing, please notify us in writing a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. Note: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but please be aware this may affect seating arrangements or participation in certain activities.
Attendee Conduct
Lifeonaire is committed to creating a safe, positive, and productive environment. To ensure this, attendees must treat fellow attendees, speakers, and staff with respect, follow event rules and guidelines, and refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior. Prohibited conduct includes harassment or discrimination of any kind, disorderly conduct, unauthorized solicitation, or failure to follow event instructions or venue policies. Lifeonaire reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy, without refund.
Event Date or Location Changes
Event dates and locations are subject to change (though this is rare). If this happens, we’ll notify you via email at the address provided during registration. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you are entitled to attend any other replacement event at no extra charge. For a listing of all upcoming scheduled events, please go to Lifeonaire.com. To enroll for the substitute event, simply email events@lifeonaire.com and write “Event Change” in the subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) which event you were previously attending and (2.) which new event you’d like to attend. Following receipt of said items, you will be provided the new event information (venue, etc.). Alternatively, if you prefer, you may opt for a full refund of the ticket price within five (5) calendar days of the date of receiving the rescheduling notification. Lifeonaire is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to rescheduling, cancellation, or modifications. We strongly recommend purchasing refundable or flexible travel arrangements.
Recording and Copyright
We’re sorry but no audio or video recording, live streaming, or distribution of event content is permitted. Doing so is a violation of copyright law, and all materials, images, processes, systems, tools, and content are copyrighted. Any unauthorized use, duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited by law without prior written express consent of Lifeonaire and may result in legal action. Pictures taken during the event for personal use or sharing on social media are permitted, so feel free to snap and share away. In such cases, please go ahead and tag us: #lifeonaire.
Liability Disclaimer
By attending a Lifeonaire event, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, travel delays, or property loss. You understand that Lifeonaire and its affiliates are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of your attendance. Furthermore, by purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree that Lifeonaire shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions before, during, and after the event, including travel to and from the venue.
Force Majure
Lifeonaire shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics or health crises, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or venue issues. If an event must be canceled under these conditions, we will notify attendees of available alternatives or refunds.
