These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of lifeonaire.com (“Site”) as well as our social media platforms (“Community”), and products and services (“Offerings”).

We reserve the right, at our sole and exclusive discretion, to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice or approval. It is thus your responsibility to review these Terms at https://www.lifeonaire.com/terms/ regularly to keep yourself informed and up to date on any changes.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published and made available on the Site is the property of Lifeonaire Promotions LLC and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, audio and video recordings, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. No material on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way whatsoever without the prior written approval of Lifeonaire. 

By accessing, viewing, using, subscribing to, interacting with, requesting information from, or placing an order over the Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to abide by them at all times. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Site in any manner or form whatsoever.

 

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

  1. You are solely responsible for your account as well as the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
  2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms.

 

COMMUNITY

We want to create open dialogue with you the user on our social media platforms (“Community”). We would like to keep a positive, encouraging, uplifting place for users to interact and build each other up.

If, in our opinion, an individual makes use of the Community in breach of these Guidelines, we reserve the right to terminate that individual’s access to the community as well as remove any contribution made by said individual, without prior approval or notification. We also reserve the right to bring legal proceedings against any individual for a breach of the Guidelines, or take such other action as we reasonably deem appropriate.

We expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Community. While we try to moderate the Community, we are not legally responsible for any material posted by third parties and we may stop, or suspend, moderating the Community at any time.

The views expressed by any individual within the Community are those of the individual and do not necessarily reflect the views of Lifeonaire.

Any advice or information posted to the Community should not be accepted as true or correct. It is up to individual users to check the validity of any advice or information before relying on it, especially where the consequences of following it could be serious.

We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

 

Respect

Do not post, comment, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.

 

No Promotions or Spam

We would like to keep the community free of spam. This means not soliciting, whether publicly or privately, any other offer, product, services, group or community to our community members. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.

 

Confidentiality

Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences are kept within the community only.

 

Partnership or Joint-Venture

Access to this group does not mean that Lifeonaire endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. 

 

Report Posts that are Breaking Group Policies

Due to the volume of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to filter through everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manager directly via private message so our team can review them.

 

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Digital Products: You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase. To submit a cancellation request, please email [email protected] and write “Purchase Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of your purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation of the refund. Note: any special offer (bonuses or otherwise) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well.

Live Event Tickets: If, after purchasing an event ticket, you decide you’re not ready to join us at the event, you may cancel your ticket and request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase. To submit a cancellation request, please email [email protected] and write “Event Ticket Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of your purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation of the refund. Note: any special offer (bonuses or otherwise) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well. In addition to the 5-day cancellation policy, we also offer a full money-back attendance guarantee. To get this refund, you must attend the event in its entirety, participate fully, and if you don’t think it was worth the investment, we’ll refund your full ticket purchase price. To receive a refund, you must let us know in-person before you leave the event and turn in your event workbook. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for any travel, rooming, or other costs associated with your attendance at the event. 

Coaching/Mastermind Program Enrollments: If you change your mind after joining any level of the Lifeonaire Coaching and Mastermind Program, you may cancel and request a refund within five (5) calendar days of enrollment. To submit a cancellation, please email [email protected] and write “Member Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason(s) for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation. Note: any special offer (bonuses, etc.) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well.

Member Expectations: Although we believe our program is amazing, your success ultimately depends on you; your actions, capabilities, background, knowledge, resources, and motivation. Also realize that substantial results often take time, so patience, persistence, and continued effort are important in the pursuit and achievement of the life and vision you desire. Our coaches, while carefully vetted and screened, are not licensed professionals, thus their input does not constitute professional advice of any sort including but not limited to medical,financial, psychological, tax, legal or otherwise. Further, Lifeonaire hereby excludes and denies any liability for any claims, losses, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever, direct or indirect, with regard to any information or services provided. Our goal is to have students that are raving fans and we will do our best to ensure you become one. As such, if there is ever anything we can do to improve your Lifeonaire coaching experience or if you have questions, comments, ideas, feedback, concerns, input or compliments, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] Titanium Only: After careful consideration of your goals, experience, and an array of other factors, we will place you with the coach/group we feel will be the best fit for you and that will give you the greatest chance for success.
