About Me:

I live in Freedom, Wisconsin (near Green Bay). I am married to Jacci Konkle, and together, we have two wonderful daughters. Truth be told, we put off getting married and starting a family for years because we thought if we could just get the money game out of the way, we would be set. Early on, I worked several hard labor jobs including being a licensed blaster hauling dynamite around the state and blowing up rocks. I even dabbled in sales a little, but it was not my calling. Thanks to my wife’s entrepreneurial spirit, eventually we started a few small businesses but had limited success. At this point, even though the money wasn’t great, I was hooked on being able to create my own schedule. In 2007, we settled on Real Estate as our new business and started flipping homes. By the time we found Lifeonaire in 2009, we had accumulated a ton of debt, a federal tax lien and a busy schedule filled with stress. We had the honor of being members of the very first Titanium coaching group! That changed everything for us beginning with our priorities and then our business model. With help from our coach, we were able to overcome our financial struggles and create a lifestyle that is laid back and super flexible. When I look at my calendar today, it’s filled with things I choose to do rather than things I have to do. Actually, it’s not that full at all. To me, that is priceless. In 2019, my wife and I, along with Steve Halverson, became Lifeonaire coaches for an incredible group of people. It has been amazing to see so many people’s lives transformed! As a General Contractor, I still take on a few projects here and there. For the most part though, you can find me visiting with friends, hanging out by the pool or out on the golf course. It didn’t happen overnight, but it all started with creating a vision for our ideal life.

I am a licensed general contractor. I mainly do fix and flips and spec homes. For the right clients I would entertain custom homes, additions or remodels. For about 10 years we offered a mentoring program through our REIA to train people how to buy, fix and flip homes. I have recently started buying tax liens and tax deeds.
