About Me:

Becky and I have been members in Lifeonaire for 11 years. We love the community and being around like minded people. We are currently members of T4 and I (Dave) am the Coach of T6. I have been Coaching with Lifeonaire for about 8 years and host the Living a Stage 4 Life every month (Join me each month on the last Monday of the month at 1:00 Eastern). We currently are in Stage 4 and continually focus on creating Passive Income. We currently invest in single family rentals, Syndications (we are partners in 59 duplexes in Florida, a Mobile Home Park in Florida, and most recently an assisted living facility in Wisconsin), and we lend money as well. In the past we have owned Apartment complexes and Self Storage facilities. We live our Visions every day and love life.
