I’m Ericka de Paula, a real estate investor, coach, and commercial property manager. I run Red Key 38 and Real estate coaching program, helping people turn properties into profit, while also exploring how AI can transform business and real estate. At home, I share life with my partner Sallie and her three kids, balancing family, business, and growth. I live in Brandon, FL and I work in Ybor City where we are building mixed use commercial real estate.
