About Me:
My name is Fran. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to Miami in 2015, where I went to college and started building my life in the U.S. A few years later, I co-founded a real estate investment company alongside my fiancé, David Ramirez, and our business partner Bernie. Together, we’ve grown our business out of Tampa Bay, focusing on wholesaling and flipping properties. We’ve since expanded into a second market—Fort Wayne, Indiana.
My role in the company centers around operations, systems, and helping us scale with intention. I’m passionate about building a business that runs efficiently while genuinely helping people through their real estate challenges.
Outside of work, I love traveling, spending time with family and animals, and staying active—whether that’s in the gym or taking workout classes. I’m currently focused on creating a clear vision for my life, both personally and professionally, with the goal of building long-term wealth through rental and commercial real estate while continuing to grow as a person and as a leader.
