About Me:
I have been associated with Steve Cook and Lifeonaire for 16 years and coach T4. I have worked in real estate for 30+ years, starting as an appraiser and then to landlord, later to house flipping and eventually I wound up in Self-Storage. I live in the mountains of SC and am married with two adult sons. I would call me semi-retired in that I work perhaps 20 hours per week, with a lot of that being coaching calls which are actually not work cause I love them! I love the outdoors especially whitewater kayaking and camping.

At 62 my health is a big priority. I'm also working on finishing my last couple of self-storage turnaround projects.
