Born in Colorado, raised in Alaska and California, served in US Navy, I now reside in Des Moines, IA with my husband Dennis Lingenfelter, with whom I have two grown daughters and one grandson.
I work as the accountant for BCC Advisers, a boutique M&A and financial consulting firm with international reach. I serve in my local church, Reach Church, on the tech team.
Dennis and I recently purchased a home and are currently readying my former home for use as a mid-term rental.
After that, my focus will be hard money lending – with the goal of saving to purchase more rental properties.
