2022 and 2024 Lifeonaire Coach of the Year! Peter Kolat, better known as Polish Peter, is a transformational MindSHIFT coach, investor, and speaker who has guided both personal and business transformations. In 2011, after his divorce & facing his own struggle with uncertainty, worry, and fear, Peter began the journey that would inspire Authentic Self Rebirth. As the founder of DominateNet LLC, he has spent over a decade coaching individuals to break free from limiting beliefs and unlock their true potential. Today, while happily married with three amazing grown kids, Peter continues to coach, invest, and speak on stages across the country, empowering others to create lasting changes in their lives and businesses.

Peter co-hosts the Lifeonaire Show with Jason Wojo and co-leads both of the Lifeonaire Events, Get-a-Life Getaway and Business Builder Workshops around the country.

Outside of coaching, Peter consults and invests in companies within his expertise including personal development, coaching, a business growth.

I coach both in business and life because you can’t separate the two. I provide consulting for equity services with companies within the criteria below. I also invest and/or buy companies within the criteria.

* Demographics
* Age Range: 35–60 years old
* Location: U.S.-based (or ex-pats) with a preference for Christian or values-aligned founders.
* Business Stage: Profitable companies, typically $300k+ EBITDA, with clear potential to scale to 7 or 8 figures.
* Industry: Service-based (coaching, events, personal development, digital marketing, etc.), ideally with existing annual ticket prices of $10k+.
* Psychographics
* Goals & Motivations: They want to exit or significantly scale within 3–5 years. Driven by purpose, mission, and a desire to create a legacy.
* Challenges: Struggle with operational bottlenecks, scaling pains, or strategic blind spots. Eager to bring in a seasoned partner (you) for fresh insights and oversight.
* Faith Perspective: Strongly faith-based, or at least open to a Christ-centered approach. Values trust, integrity, and shared moral frameworks.
