About Me:

I’m Shannon Richardson, my husband, Scott and I live in Green Bay WI and have 4 adult kids and 3 Grandpups.🐾🐾🐾 We love spending time with our family, traveling, Jeep rides, time on the water, and dipping our toes into living in Florida during the winter (last year we were there 6 weeks. We love God and serving – volunteering for mission builds, Church builds, and donating our time.

Our business is in real estate, started in 2019, and run our own property management company with only our own doors, we are currently at 59 doors mostly LTRs, with a few MTRs and STRs. I have been full time real estate for 4 years and Scott left his W2 two years ago.

I love talking real estate/business and strategy. We have also started a mastermind to help other small business solo-preneurs grow their business without the overwhelm. We know firsthand the power of mentorship, community, and the courage to take action so we want to share what we’ve learned to help other gain momentum. I’m a systems geek and find details boring, so I love creating a way to eliminate repetitive work.

We are also excited to be training alongside all of the Amazing Lifeonaire coaches! We hope to join them with our own group soon. 🙂

We started real estate in 2019 and went from 0 to 68 doors in just 2.5 years—we are both full time in real estate. We had primarily MTR and STR when we started but now have mostly LTR which gives us a lot more time freedom. Fun fact: we acquired 55 doors in one, seller financed, deal bringing $0 to the table at closing -this quickly speed up our timeline and we appreciate every Lifeonaire who helped guide us along the way.
