Originally from Annapolis, Maryland. Currently living in Atlanta, Georgia. We have long term rentals, one short term rental, multifamily properties in Atlanta, GA, Biloxi, MS, Ridgeland, MS. We currently do private money loans and broker for other private money lenders. We can help with large business acquisition or expansion funding, FIx and flip, DSCR, Multifamily, new construction, development and more. We even do large EMD lending for large acquisitions as well as Proof of funds. We are looking to get into Dog/Puppy Training/boarding business as well. My husband Bob and I have been married for 28 years with no children. We have raised several fur babies and just recently added our newest fur baby, Beau who is a 13 week old Yellow lab. He is exhausting but we are excited to have him as part of our family now. He's an adorable confident, strong willed boy!! Hoping to mold him into an amazing dog. We enjoy volunteering on the welcome committee at our Church in Marietta, Georgia and enjoy the outdoors, hiking, walking, biking. And love working out. In our free time we enjoy movies and sports.
