These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of lifeonaire.com (“Site”) as well as our social media platforms (“Community”), and products and services (“Offerings”).

We reserve the right, at our sole and exclusive discretion, to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice or approval. It is thus your responsibility to review these Terms at https://www.lifeonaire.com/customer-terms/ regularly to keep yourself informed and up to date on any changes.

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Digital Products

You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase. To submit a cancellation request, please email [email protected] and write “Purchase Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of your purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation of the refund. Note: any special offer (bonuses or otherwise) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well.

Live Event Tickets

If, after purchasing an event ticket, you decide you’re not ready to join us at the event, you may cancel your ticket and request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase. To submit a cancellation request, please email [email protected] and write “Event Ticket Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of your purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation of the refund. Note: any special offer (bonuses or otherwise) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well.

In addition to the 5-day cancellation policy, we also offer a full money-back attendance guarantee. To get this refund, you must attend the event in its entirety, participate fully, and if you don’t think it was worth the investment, we’ll refund your full ticket purchase price. To receive a refund, you must let us know in-person before you leave the event and turn in your event workbook. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for any travel, rooming, or other costs associated with your attendance at the event. 

Coaching/Mastermind Program Enrollments

If you change your mind after joining any level of the Lifeonaire Coaching and Mastermind Program, you may cancel and request a refund within five (5) calendar days of enrollment. To submit a cancellation, please email [email protected] and write “Member Cancellation” in the email subject line. In addition, please include in the email (1.) proof of purchase, and (2.) a short statement explaining your reason(s) for cancellation. After receipt of your request, you will be promptly refunded and emailed a confirmation. Note: any special offer (bonuses, etc.) you may have received will be voided/canceled as well.

Member Expectations

Although we believe our program is amazing, your success ultimately depends on you; your actions, capabilities, background, knowledge, resources, and motivation. Also realize that substantial results often take time, so patience, persistence, and continued effort are important in the pursuit and achievement of the life and vision you desire.

Our goal is to have members that are raving fans, and we will do our best to ensure you become one. As such, if there is ever anything we can do to improve your Lifeonaire experience or if you have questions, comments, ideas, feedback, concerns, input or compliments, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected].

Titanium Only: After careful consideration of your goals, experience, and an array of other factors, we will place you with the coach/group we feel will be the best fit for you and that will give you the greatest chance for success. In the rare case you feel you would be better suited with a different coach/group, we will switch you (assuming availability) at no charge. Please email us at [email protected] with such requests.

Not Licensed Professionals

Our coaches, while carefully vetted and screened, are not licensed professionals, thus their input, advice, recommendations and statements do not constitute professional advice of any sort, including but not limited to, medical, financial, psychological, tax, legal or otherwise.

Waiver Of Liability

Lifeonaire hereby excludes and denies any liability for any claims, losses, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever, direct or indirect, with regard to any information or services provided.
