By Mike Wagner In the past, self storage has been touted as one of, if not, the best asset class in all of commercial real estate. Some may wonder if that’s still true with all the changes we’ve endured over the last 12 months. I’d suggest that...by Ben Cope | Apr 17, 2020 | Faith Corner
Short Story by Tim Davis ©2011 I’m looking to the west. The sun is just over the horizon and the sky is beautiful; red, gold, pink, purple, and blue; gorgeous! But as I look back over my shoulder to the east I can see that night is coming. It’s going to overtake me if...by Ben Cope | Aug 29, 2019 | Articles, Faith Corner
By Jeremy VlasichIt is easy in this chaotic world to forget who we are. We have constant pressure, self doubt, stress, addiction, and other things that rob us of our true selves. We go to seminars. Employee turned unlikely entrepreneur, Jason Wojciechowski (Wojo) first came to Lifeonaire as a founding Titanium student in 2009. On the surface he looked successful – he had a Ph.D. from Duke, a well-paying, secure job, a new home in a gated community, and all the trappings associated with “living the dream”. But inside he knew that something was wrong. There had to be more to life than this, he thought. He was in debt, stressed, unfulfilled, overworked, and desperate to live on his own terms.
With the help of Lifeonaire, Jason was able to redesign and rebuild his entire life from scratch and discover the true meaning of fulfillment and success. His passion and zeal for the Lifeonaire message and philosophy led to him becoming a coach, speaker, and in an ironic twist of fate (he previously had sworn off ever having a “real job” again), Jason took on the role of CEO of Lifeonaire in an effort to lead the company in its mission of revealing abundant living to a dying culture.
Jason lives with his family in North Carolina. He is a former national level bodybuilding champion, plays guitar in the worship band at his church and has a wiener dog named Rusty that you can make fun of him for.
From being a college dropout and working on a road construction crew, to having two failed restaurants, and then to becoming a national real estate investor mogul, Steve Cook’s rags to riches story and his journey through life’s ups and downs has inspired many.
As a professional real estate investor, he has done over 550 deals and made millions of dollars, and it was that very success that led him to realize that having true abundance isn’t about a lot of money or possessions – it’s about having a wealth of life.
With this understanding, Steve founded Lifeonaire and now his passion is sharing the message with others to help them live prosperous, abundant lives. His deep Christian faith and core belief that the greatest blessing of all is being able to bless others, has led him to a life of giving back. He is a dedicated husband, father, coach, keynote speaker, trainer, and author.
Living in a small, vibrant town in Wisconsin, Steve lives very intentionally according to his vision of a simple life where he enjoys his days alongside his beautiful wife Micheleen and their wonderful children. He gives God all the glory for the many blessings he has in his life.

The year was 2007 and by the world’s standards, Shaun was “living the dream”. He had achieved tremendous success as a short sale and pre-foreclosure investor and was building an impressive reputation around the country teaching others how to make money in real estate investing. He was making money hand-over-fist, he had a large following, and he was going places.
But deep down, Shaun realized he was working far too much and was completely consumed by his real estate investing business. This painful realization and the desire to experience true prosperity caused him to seek out and join Lifeonaire as one of Steve Cook’s first coaching students. Shaun took to the concepts like a duck to water, and this led to him co-authoring the best-selling Lifeonaire book as well as co-coaching the very first Titanium group alongside Steve.
Shaun now speaks around the country sharing the Lifeonaire message and coaches other high-caliber business owners, speakers and coaches. When he’s not out on the road, he can be found in his hometown of St. Louis with his wife and 3 children, playing guitar and singing in a band for fun. His personal and business motto is “give first” which is evident in all aspects of his life.
